Terms & warranty

By booking a repair you agree to the following terms.

  • Back up your data. You are responsible for backing up your device before mailing it in.
  • Data loss. MailMyFix is not responsible for data loss resulting from repair.
  • Pricing changes. Quoted pricing may change after diagnosis if additional damage is found. You will be contacted for approval before any change.
  • Warranty. Warranty applies only to the repaired part. Other components are not covered.
  • Inspection required. Water damage and previously repaired devices may require additional inspection time.
  • Shipping accuracy. You are responsible for providing accurate return shipping information.
